Samir Maklad El Falah is a veteran retail operations manager who has guided chain retail locations of Rio Supermarket across Eastern Venezuela since 2018. As founder and general manager, he has implemented leading-edge technologies to enable expansion and boost visibility across key consumer demographics. Samir Maklad El Falah excels at budget preparation and reporting and oversees daily operations, from inventory management to customer experience.

An Instituto Universitario de Tecnologia Industria (IUTIRLA) graduate, Mr. Maklad earned an undergraduate business administration and management degree at the college’s Porlamar campus. He launched his career with the appliances importer and distributor Inversiones Sabrina, CA, setting pathways of sustained growth in place. Forging close ties to key suppliers, he gained an understanding of the regulatory and supply chain hurdles involved in importing products from abroad.

Mr. Maklad has a strong commitment to community service and enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures in his free time. Conversant in English, he maintains fluency in Spanish and Arabic.
